Adoption Fees and Process

To obtain approval to adopt, you must fill out an Adoption Application appropriate to the species of animal you wish to adopt. Once your application is approved, you will execute an Adoption Contract. Click Here to view our Cat Adoption Application. Click Here to view our Dog Adoption Application. PLEASE NOTE: Each adoption application has required fields that must be filled out before it can be emailed to us. These fields are outlined in red. Please fill out the form completely before submitting in order for us to be able to review and approve your application.

We recommend that you visit the clinic to meet and interact with the animal that you propose to adopt to ensure that the animal meets your expectations. PPAW personnel can assist you with determining the best match between you and the type of pet that you are looking for, since they are familiar with each animal’s habits and personality. If you need more information or have any questions, please contact the clinic at 865-617-3975, or send an email to ajohnson267@gmail.com.
